1. Overview

Welcome to Bonus Room. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bonus Room. We operate this website and store to offer vintage games, collectibles, comics, and other products. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from Bonus Room. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products and condition

Many Bonus Room products are vintage, pre-owned, or one of a kind. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately, including its condition and any known missing parts or defects. Please review the entire listing and its photos before purchasing. Colors may appear different depending on your screen.

An item described as tested was tested as stated in its listing. We do not promise that vintage electronics, games, or other used items will perform indefinitely. Nothing in these Terms changes a specific promise made in a product listing or your rights under applicable law.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may be updated. A change to a listing will not change the terms of an order we have already accepted, except as permitted by law or with your agreement.

3. Orders and cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing or pricing error occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Please review your order before submitting it. If a self-service cancellation option is available, the cancellation window shown with your order applies. You can also email bonusroomcollectibles@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Occasionally, a listing may contain an error in its price, description, or availability. If we identify an error after you place an order, we will contact you about the available options or cancel and refund the affected item.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains where we ship, order processing, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at bonusroomcollectibles@gmail.com so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will handle the delay or cancellation in accordance with applicable law.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available through the link in the store footer. Please read it before purchasing, particularly when ordering a vintage or pre-owned item.

If an item arrives damaged or differs materially from its listing, contact us using the instructions in that policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available through the link in the store footer, explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or purchase from our store. Shopify and payment or shipping providers may also process information as needed to provide their services.

8. Relationship with Shopify

Bonus Room is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Bonus Room. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Bonus Room, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Bonus Room.

9. Website content and intellectual property

The Bonus Room name, our original website text, photographs, graphics, and other original content belong to Bonus Room or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy or commercially use our original content without permission.

Names, logos, characters, and trademarks associated with the products we sell belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a product listing does not imply that Bonus Room is affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes; interfere with its security or operation; submit false or misleading information; or use it to infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, our customers, or other users.

If you send us a review, photograph, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You give Bonus Room permission to display and use the content in connection with our store and marketing. We may decline to publish or may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringes another person’s rights.

We sell many used and vintage items in the condition described in their individual listings. Except for promises expressly made in a listing or required by law, we do not offer an additional Bonus Room product warranty.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bonus Room is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order governs that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
